Why We’re Right For You

Skyline Builders built our dream home in Haskill Basin . We were living in Kansas at the time and we needed someone we could absolutely trust to build the home that our wife and i wanted to spend the rest of our life in as well as share with our family. Ryan Scott kept us up to date every step of the way with weekly photos and updates. He kept it simple for us and stress free. Randy's interest was to build our family a beautiful home while staying on budget and on time. many times he would call me with some savings he had found and offered me several alternatives in each case. I made the trip up 3 times during the 12 month building process and each time we were able to choose the interior amenities, plumbing., lighting counter tops etc. to stay on track.  The key to our great relationship with Ryan was his honesty and straightforward approach to our communication and he was on the job not in an office. He has an amazing relationship with all the trades and that makes all the difference.
To be 1600 miles away and building what will be our last home was a decision not to taken lightly but Ryan made it easy and the quality of our home is second to none. We have lived here now for 6 years and we love our home.

After years of planning, we selected Ryan Scott and Skyline Builders to build our dream home here on Big Mountain. Except for occasional, brief visits, construction took place while we resided and worked in Germantown, Tennessee. Not only did Randy execute construction in accordance with our plans and dreams, he kept us informed every step of the way. And, from Tennessee and during those brief visits, he and we together made creative adjustments that resulted in our mountain home being even better and everything we could have hoped for.

I have used Ryan Scott as a general contractor for a remodel to suit tenants in the Markus Foods building, a remodel and interior rebuild of Aspens Boarding House (625 Park Ave. Whitefish) and most recently for an addition including a kitchen at the Montana Tap House.
He has always been very thorough and lines up great sub-contractors. Whenever a problem comes up he kept me informed and gave me options and recommendations. He is easy to work with and keeps your interests at heart.
He has a great working relationship with the city.
I check with Ryan first if a project comes up so I can get schedule to his availability.

I’ve been a Commercial Developer and Multi Developer for 45 years. When we decided to buy and build in late 2007, I was looking for a Contractor I could trust and feel confident my building and vision would be carried out while I was out of town.
I interviewed a few locals when I was introduced to Ryan Scott. Ryan was recommended by a friend and we sat down and discussed the renovation of a 25 year old log cabin and a new expansion adjacent to the old cabin. We envisioned a lodge and we got a Lodge!
Through the whole process, Ryan kept me informed of everything going on and discussed any changes to the plans. Randy was thorough with all elements of the project. We finished on time and under budget!!!
Of all the projects I’ve been involved in, working with Ryan and his crew was a very enjoyable experience!
I’ve recommended Ryan to many people, he has never disappointed them and has been a great friend to my family.
I’m happy to discuss our experience with anyone interested in getting the best and most honest Contractor in the Flathead Valley.
