Ryan Scott

Being raised in the Construction Industry could only lead to one thing and that would be a profession in the industry. Upon graduating I took a job as a Fire Sprinkler Designer working in commercial construction, traveling throughout the United States, conducting Designs and Project Management for major construction projects. While this was a learning experience that I found invaluable the road was not for me. Over the next 10 years I worked with multiple contractors running smaller teams working on everything from commercial tenant improvements to large custom homes, focusing on completing projects on time and exceed customers’ expectations. This experience took me to Cintas where I lead the Northwest Fire Division to 4 outstanding achievement awards. I was responsible for the daily operations of our business, the development of leaders, customer service, and employee engagement while growing the business to where it is today. The combination of this leadership and my 20 years of construction experience have brought me back to the family business my father started 30 years ago building people’s dream homes in Montana. I take on every day showing my passion for the business, being excited about customer service and exceeding customers’ expectations as we bring their dreams to reality.
